Your country needs you!

We're working on behalf of the Institute of Customer Service to produce a national Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for the UK and the Republic of Ireland, and we need your help as a customer to tell us what you think.

Are supermarkets or high street shops better at customer service? Are estate agents really all that bad? Which bank has the most satisfied customers (and which has the least)? Are people more satisfied in the South or North? These are the kind of questions we will now be able to definitively answer.

If customer satisfaction is the best route to good performance, as many believe, then over time we should also be able to show how the companies who have happy customers gain market share and profit.
